Hello, I'm going to quickly present the problem.
It has been 1 week (since Sunday 09/06) that the internet connection from my Xbox, when I play online, has been problematic.
I called Orange, my ISP, and a technician came for the first time on Wednesday, then on Friday.
He changed the Livebox during his second visit.
The problem is still not resolved.
It's not a bandwidth issue, as I receive between 3 and 7 Mbps on my console, but rather latency, which is very unstable and averages around 200-400 ms, which is unbearable for gaming.
So I'm wondering whether the issue is with my connection or my Xbox... I conducted various speed tests on different websites, and the problem is always the high latency, not the bandwidth, which is sufficient.
