Hello,

I would like your help to get rid of a Windows error that I can't resolve.

For no apparent reason, my PC is displaying "driver error" in the audio outputs.
As a result, since I'm used to having a wireless Bluetooth headset, I'm only able to use the so-called "hands-free" output that resembles the output for phone conversations.

This is very impactful because without the ability to have sound in my ears, I can't stream, otherwise it creates an echo.

I've tried updating the drivers via driverscloud.com, but when I update them, the site still detects that they are not up to date, so I feel like I'm going in circles.

I need help please, I'm currently lost with these bugs.

Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 68.0

Hello, audio drivers like Realtek can be quite finicky... The best thing to do is to go to the manufacturer’s website for your equipment and install the driver they provide... If you give us more technical details, I could provide you with a link.

Best regards.
