Driver error Solved

Question

Hello,  I would like your help to get rid of a Windows error that I can't resolve.  For no apparent reason, my PC is displaying "driver error" in the audio outputs. As a result, since I'm used to having a wireless Bluetooth headset, I'm only able to use the so-called "hands-free" output that resembles the output for phone conversations.  This is very impactful because without the ability to have sound in my ears, I can't stream, otherwise it creates an echo.  I've tried updating the drivers via driverscloud.com, but when I update them, the site still detects that they are not up to date, so I feel like I'm going in circles.  I need help please, I'm currently lost with these bugs.  Thank you in advance.    Configuration: Windows / Firefox 68.0

Hello, audio drivers like Realtek can be quite finicky... The best thing to do is to go to the manufacturer’s website for your equipment and install the driver they provide... If you give us more technical details, I could provide you with a link.  Best regards.

Hello,  So I think that what’s wrong mainly comes from: Microsoft Bluetooth A2dp source  it's probably for this reason that my wireless Bluetooth headset is no longer detected.  I started looking online for how to resolve the issue and they suggested I type  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth  I let it run and it tells me that the operation was successful but I still have the problem.  Do you see anything else that could cause this issue?

Little suggestion:  Keep the drivers found on driverscloud.com (be sure to uncheck the "Beta" box). Then, in the application manager, check if there is anything related to such a driver (normally not), and if so, uninstall it. Next, in the device manager, simply "remove" the relevant hardware. Once confirmed, restart the PC; it will detect the hardware and suggest reinstalling said hardware. If it suggests it, manually point to the new driver or refuse the installation of drivers, then manually launch the installation from the sources, and restart again. Hello,  I found the solution after a lot of internet searching, seriously I’ve been at it since 2 PM yesterday and I must have spent about 10 hours on it.  Anyway, one of the solutions to this Microsoft Bluetooth A2DP issue is the following method:  1/ You press the Windows key + X 2/ You scroll down the menu to Shut down or sign out and do a SHIFT + LEFT CLICK on Restart 3/ You choose TROUBLESHOOT 4/ Then ADVANCED OPTIONS 5/ Then SETTINGS 6/ Then RESTART 7/ Then you press the 7 key corresponding to disabling driver signature enforcement  This resolved the issue and I spotted what seems to be 2 other tricks that didn’t work for me.  ---------------------------------------------------  One involved typing in COMMAND PROMPT a complicated line like DISM etc… To do this, you type CMD in the search bar with the magnifying glass at the bottom left of Windows You right-click on COMMAND PROMPT and select run as administrator then you copy and paste DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and for some people that was enough to fix the issue  ------------------------------------ 3rd method, you type settings in the Windows search bar at the bottom left you open the Windows settings, it’s the classic menu where you have sections like system / network / devices etc… You select Update & Security On the left, you click on Recovery Then you find “Go back to the previous version of Windows 10” and click on Get Started.  For some people this resolves their issue but if like me the Get Started button is greyed out then this solution is not available because you updated Windows more than 10 days ago.  Then I imagine you can just click OK OK continue continue and everything should go smoothly.  --------------------  Good luck to those with this issue, it drives you crazy because we are made to install an uncountable number of third-party software to scan our stuff, suggest drivers and install them only to end up with pay-for software if we want to do everything at once, and that’s frustrating because it rarely works.
