Hello,

How can I tell that the load of an inverter has reached 100%?
The one I am using is a KEOR MULTIPLUG 600, 800 VA.

Thank you.

There is a blue LED that indicates the inverter is on and a red LED for errors. That's all.

It's difficult to respond, the manual is frankly anemic.

If the product is new ==> return to customer service ...

If it's a used product, you need to test the battery voltage (12 Volts DC) with a multimeter, keeping in mind that there's a risk in dismantling these inverters that deliver voltages of 220 Volts and above...

Also check if the device is equipped with an external fuse.

Do you have a more complete manual that explains the lit red diode?

      The product is new.
      Here is the guide: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1098834/Legrand-Keor-Multiplug-600.html
The red indicator light does not turn on, so there is no malfunction issue.

      I have two other questions:
1 - Is there a risk if I leave the UPS on (to recharge) while I am absent/asleep (for more than 8 hours)?

2 - When the UPS is charged to 100%, does it turn off automatically or do I have to turn it off myself to avoid overcharging?

        Hello
Unless you have exactly the same one and as already mentioned, only the manual can provide this information.

In principle, and this is only theoretical, an inverter manages itself, you just need to leave it plugged in.

The manual provides instructions on page 8:

    https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1270049/Legrand-Keor-Multiplug-600.html?page=8#manual

The computer can manage the UPS with a USB cable + an app to download from the manufacturer, and according to this table:

Either the battery is weak, or you are in an error mode with beeping?

    >>> For your question 1:
"Is there a risk if I leave the UPS on (to recharge) during my absence/sleep?"

Not more than with smartphones, laptops, and other gadgets; in short, don’t put it under your pillow while charging ^^

    Question 2:
When the UPS is charged to 100%...

    >>> First, start the recharge; you will have the answer. For me, it’s unnecessary to connect management via PC/USB. It should regulate itself automatically and protect your computer ...

Should I do it myself to avoid overload?

No, you don’t touch anything; the safety instructions are on this page:
    https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1270049/Legrand-Keor-Multiplug-600.html?page=4#manual

    Best regards

The computer can manage the UPS with a USB cable
It's for a game console and TV

Either the battery is weak, or you're in an error mode with beeping?
No, the battery is new and there are no sound alarms!

No more than with smartphones and laptops and other gadgets, anyway, don't put it under the pillow while charging ^^
So there’s no risk if I understand correctly?

      Another question:
Is it possible to plug the UPS into the same power strip to charge it while I'm using the computer/game console (the two at the same time)?
I'm wondering if the charging doesn't consume too much energy which could damage the other devices connected to the same power strip?

What could harm your devices ... and yourself ... is a non-compliant electrical installation, particularly the ground connection.

So have it checked by a professional electrician.

      The ground connection is fine...
I just want to know if it's possible to plug a game console + TV + the inverter (for charging) into the same power strip?

In principle, yes, if your installation is compliant. In any case, if you exceed the permitted power, the circuit breakers or fuses will cut off the current.

      -----------------------

On a 10 Ampere socket at 220 Volts, do not exceed 2200 W.

      -------

Your console at maximum full power ==> 150 W

      The TV ==> 300 W or 400 W

The inverter, according to its manual ==> Active power 480 W

Do the calculations, is it good or not? :))

According to this notice ==> Consumption 55 W

      Otherwise, what is 800VA?

Ask this question on this forum with the same username and password:

and connect your UPS before losing the warranty...

I would like to know if I should keep the uninterruptible power supply plugged in to recharge after each use considering that it is at 100% battery level?
