Hello,

I have Windows 10 and an Office license (with automatic updates).

Previously, in Word, to navigate from page to page, I only had to press the Ctrl + down arrow (or up arrow) keys to scroll through a document page by page.
I discovered a few days ago that this is no longer possible. When I press these keys, Ding! the little panel (with an exclamation point in a yellow triangle) displays "This bookmark does not exist".

Naturally, I consulted the online Office help, but I must not be clever enough to figure it out. ^^ If this rings a bell for you, I’m all ears.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 74.0.3729.169

Hello.
If the shortcut ctrl+arrow no longer works, you can use the vertical scroll bar (on the right side of the sheet) or click the appropriate button on your keyboard.

Yes, thank you... but the vertical scroll moves too fast, while the down arrow button moves the cursor half a page at a time. With Ctrl + arrow, it was page by page (like a book).
But thanks for the intention :)

NO!
The two instructions I gave you scroll page by page!
I didn't tell you to drag the scrollbar with the mouse, but to click above or below the cursor...
And the keyboard button also scrolls page by page!

I'm afraid we don't understand each other...
No matter how much I try to do as you say, it doesn't meet my expectations. Sorry buddy.

No, it is new and rather famous.
I believe more in a Microsoft deactivation after an update. It wouldn't be the first time. No worries, the Earth continues to spin.
