It is impossible to open the klipad 4890 without the old password; it is stuck on it, even with the reboot, etc.

    Hello,
    some Klipad perform a "reset" of the password after several unsuccessful attempts. Otherwise, a factory reset in recovery mode.
    You can try customer service, but they are not very skilled, I have tested it.
