Hello, my sister doesn't remember her email address and password for her Klipad Smart 1746 tablet. She would like to reset it so she can enter her new email address because she can no longer access her tablet. Thank you for your responses.

Sorry, we can't help you with that. Furthermore, changing to a new email address will not resolve the initial problem.
