Hello,

I bought a V380 smart Wi-Fi surveillance camera, but I don't have a user manual in French.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you for responding.

Hello @delacree,

I’m going to translate the official user manual available on the manufacturer's website. :)

1. Download the V380 app, install it, and register
Register with your phone number or email. We recommend using your phone number since sometimes your email might not receive the verification information.

2. Add and remove a device
1) Add a new device.
Tap on "+" to add a new device. The V380 app helps new users easily connect their cameras to WiFi.
Turn on the camera and enter the SSID of your WiFi and its password (the same WiFi your smartphone is connected to). Wait for the connection to establish.

If you hear a "ding" from the camera and the network LED indicator is lit, your camera has successfully connected to the WiFi.

Name the camera as you wish, for example "V380123", enter the password "123456" (default password). Confirm. The camera is now online.

2) Add a new device with a QR code.
Go to "More" > "Add a camera with a QR code". Enter the SSID of the WiFi and its password. Click on "Next", a QR code will appear. Scan it and wait for the connection to establish. If the network LED indicator is lit, your camera has connected successfully. Enter the camera password (123456 by default). Save the device. Your camera is now online.

3) Manual addition
To add a device manually, the device must already be connected to WiFi and you need to know the camera's ID and password.

4) Remove a device
On Android: Long press the camera to be removed. A message will appear. Click on "OK".
On iOS: Swipe the camera to be removed to the left.

Live view and its settings
Click on the camera in the app to access the live view.
/!\ Do NOT turn the camera's head by hand!
Rotate the camera from the app on your phone.
To save a camera position go to the app, rotate the camera to the desired position, press the "1" button [on the camera?] then "OK. The camera can support up to 5 preset positions.

Set up the alarm
The camera can support up to 64 wireless alarm trigger channels.
[I don't understand everything ;_;]

Set up recording
Insert an SD card into the camera when it is turned off. The camera supports SD cards up to 128GB. If your SD card exceeds 32GB, you need to format it to FAT32 on your computer before you can use it.
A red LED indicator will light up when the camera is recording.

Well, this is a laborious task; I'm not bilingual and their manual is rather (very) poorly written :s. But we’re getting there; the translation is approximate, and I’ve added some elements for clarity.

You should be able to manage with this :)

Have a good afternoon, Zepines

Hi
everything is in Chinese, what do we do despite Delacree's explanations?

Thank you very much Zépines, I will try to do what you wrote, but wouldn't it be possible to get the instructions in French on paper? Have a great day and thank you again.
