Logitech z906: Bass is way too strong

Hello, the bass level is WAY too high when I'm watching a movie. I spend my time turning up the volume to hear the dialogue and turning it down whenever there's music. Do you have a solution to decrease the volume of the subwoofer? Otherwise, I'm going to ask for a refund.

    According to the description, you should have an adjustment option:
    Audio controls: control box, mute, effects control, volume control (independent), power button (independent), input selector, channel volume controls, bass

    Honestly, I don't see how I can help you any further, see the manual, look in the "Audio command" menu
