My headset is too loud. Please help me.

Here, today I received my new headset, it's a Plantronics GameCom 788. The problem is that the volume is at 6 out of 100 and it's already getting very loud. How can I reduce the maximum volume of the headset? Please help me.

    Hello,

    By going to the control panel/audio manager, you should be able to lower the output level of the sound card.
