->Relance AVG AS -> "Analyse" ->"Paramètres"

Sous la question "Comment réagir ?" :

-> clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaines"
-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"

Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse

->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "

->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous".

Salut! Me revoilà.

J'ai fait tout ce que tu m'as dis et voilà le rapport du scan en ligne (avec BitDefender). A priori ça a l'air d'aller, j'ai plus rien!! Mais bon, dis-moi ce que tu en penses. Il faudra peut-ê que je refasse un scan avec HijackThis?

recolle hijackthis et dis tes pbs

AVG m'avait repéré tout un tas de cookies, virus et 1 cheval de Troie. J'ai fait comme tu m'as dis, c-à-d que tout est en quarantaine. Depuis, ça a l'air d'être OK. Je télécharge Navilog et te recontacte par la suite.

En fait, je peux garder AVG sur mon PC? Est-ce qu'il faut que j'enlève NOD32? Et est-ce que l'un des 2 fait pare-feu???

nod32 si c'est la suite fait parefeu , si c'est que l'antivirus non

SPYBOT avec le tea timer + AVG ANTISPYWARE +/- windows defender si le tea timer de spybot n'est pas activé et que nod 32 ne contient qu'un antivirus

SPYWAREBLASTER pour immuniser le système contre vundo notamment mais en anglais (mais facile d'utilisation : il suffit de faire "update" pour mettre à jour tous les mois et ensuite" enable all protection" pour immuniser)...

4/ CCLEANER pour effacer les traces de surf

Franchement, je sais pas si NOD32 est qu'un antivirus ou les 2... Sinon, j'ai déjà Spybot Search and Destroy ainsi que CCleaner. Je garde donc AVG. Concernant Zone Alarm et Jetico, j'ai déjà essayé de les installer et il m'est impossible d'aller sur le net après redémarrage de mon PC alors que j'avais autorisé l'accès (dans le panneau d'acceptation ou non des programmes) donc je ne préfère pas les remettre. Sinon, je vais essayer d'installer Kerio après nos manipulations.

DSL, je viens de voir que NOD32 est juste l'antivirus...!

tu as le parefeu de windows en attandant, si tu veux installer un autre parefeu pense a desactiver celui de windows, dans DEMARRER puis PANNEAU DE CONFIGURATION Puis CENTRE DE SECURITE avant de mettre le nouveau

tu as mac afee antivirus en plus de nod 32 ? si c'est le cas desisntalle mac afee

sinon si tu n'as plus de pb c'est bon

J'ai déjà désinstallé Mac Afee il y a 2 semaines mais j'ai vu qu'il restait des fichiers. je vais les supprimer. Merci beaucoup pour ton aide si précieuse!!
