Huawei Matebook 13 - High Temperature

Hello,
I just bought a Huawei Matebook 13, the i5 version with a 256GB SSD.
I am very happy with my purchase except for one thing: the temperature.
Indeed, I find that the temperature is quite high.
During a simple internet browsing on Google Chrome, the PC does not go below 40° and can reach up to 67°, as shown by the test performed on HWMonitor.
I am therefore wondering if this is a normal temperature or not?
Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi,

Impossible to say with so little information.

We don't know if it's a fanless temperature or active fan, we don't know if it's a high-frequency or low-frequency temperature...

We also don't know how much the processor is being utilized at the time of the measurements, nor the voltages it has.

Worse: we don't even know which i5 is involved.

In short, a complete screenshot of your HWMonitor would be helpful rather than just temperature captures.

The rest is missing, apparently with the CM captures.

What’s strange is that I don’t see any ventilation sensors.

Either in the missing part, or not detected, or non-existent.

Do you have a fan running on your thing there? Because if it’s fanless, those temperatures are quite good for a laptop...

I have nothing else in Hwmonitor.
There are fans that activate from time to time.

Nothing unusual, given the format and the processor.

The smaller and more powerful it is, the hotter it gets.

I'm even surprised that you only have 40-50°...

But for me, nothing unusual given the format... it would be worse with an i7 and better with an i3.

Okay, but does that not pose a problem for my computer's lifespan?

      Not at 40° no ...

It's a temperature more than normal and common, on laptops and even more so on "ultrabooks" in small format.
