Hello,
After an update, my TomTom Carminat GPS in my Scenic was not working very well. I wanted to perform a reset. I pressed the appropriate button and now nothing works anymore. I have this signal on the screen
--:-- (two dashes, two dots, two dashes). Normally, I would lose all my information and the GPS would restart in English.
Do you have an answer and a solution to this problem?

Check with the dealer if the problem persists.

Hello,
The issue has been resolved for me. The dealer says it is a satellite problem that does not work correctly in certain areas. The GPS will be restarted by a Renault agent free of charge (thanks to the warranty extension I had subscribed to).
