Hello, I dropped my PlayStation (just 10 cm!) on the floor and since then, the power button doesn't work. I can turn on the PS4 using the eject button or with a controller, but when I try to start the console in safe mode for example... I can't.
Any solution?

    Hello UzumakiNaruto38,

the PS4 is a fragile console, so even dropping it from 10 cm can damage the system.
You were lucky that the hard drive is intact because it could have had a crack on it. I think the power button broke, or at least the mechanism of the button.
With that, have a good day.

Okay, and can Sony do something? I've had the console for about a year and a half.

I don't think so, however you could try to contact them.
Otherwise, if you have a warranty, you can go to the store to exchange your console.
If you know how to tinker, you can also fix it by watching tutorials online, but I know that it requires special tools and quite a bit of skill, if that can help you.
