Transfer multiple emails from one Yahoo account to another.

Hello,

I want to delete a Yahoo mailbox because I keep receiving emails that I no longer want. (I have already set up filters, but I still receive them.)

However, I would like to transfer quite a few emails that I want to keep (and even photos) to another address I have already created. Basically, I want to quickly transfer emails from one inbox to another (after, I will delete the mailbox that no longer interests me).

Is it possible? Transfer content from one mailbox to another without doing it one by one (email)?
Changing the name of the address, I believe that’s not possible, right??? I must have over 200 emails and photos to send :/ Is there a quick transfer (of multiple emails at once)? (from Yahoo Mail to another Yahoo address)

Some senders send me emails that I no longer want... so I simply want to delete the mailbox.

    Hello bleuet54000,

    I don't think it's possible to directly transfer all emails from a Yahoo (or other) account to another account, but there's a much better way to do it:

    You can import them to a local email client software that will ensure that your emails are independent of any email provider and allow you to back them up on an external medium. Additionally, it lets you set up multiple email accounts within the software and manage them all at the same time.

    I recommend Thunderbird, which is open-source, free, comprehensive, and user-friendly.

    You start by setting up the account as IMAP, and it will import all your emails and folders from your account.

    You can then set up your other account, move the emails you want to keep from one account to the other, and then delete the first one.

    Regarding unwanted emails, it offers very powerful filtering features.
