Hello, on Monday I placed an order on Amazon... the package coming from France (chronopost) arrived in Belgium via Thé Swap Group. I was supposed to receive my package on Thursday, April 25, 2019, but the driver came at 3 PM today, Wednesday. (By the time I got downstairs, the driver had left.) I then received a message saying that “I was not there.” OK. I then tried to contact the driver via his number but got no response, and the same with The Swap Group. Can someone help me? Or do you know how many days it takes for the driver to come back with the package?

Hello
I've never heard of The Swap Group, so I assume it's a shop on Amazon but not Amazon itself.
If they left a notification or a message, there should be information about the next steps, at least on their website.
Best regards

I just ordered two urgent packages on Amazon that were supposed to be dispatched by Chronopost to The Swap Group, which is the drop-off point for Belgium (date guaranteed by Amazon). The driver never showed up, but claimed he came by at 8 AM and "the recipient was absent." However, he also produced a false delivery note a few hours later at 4 PM, signing one of the two packages as delivered. I was able to verify my statement because the surroundings of the company are equipped with a camera system that continuously records every movement... He never showed up... I tried to contact them at the official number 027202020. There was never any answer, just a voicemail that keeps saying that all their employees are busy or that the number 027... cannot respond at the moment... I sent several emails to their contact address, no response either. No one has called me back. No SMS to inform me that a driver will come to deliver my packages. Nothing at all... I checked online the so-called delivery note, the signature doesn’t resemble mine at all and he even made a mistake in the name... Given the lack of any follow-up on my issue, I think this company is absolutely not serious... They should be banned.
It's like DPD, it's very random and often they ring the bell and wait no more than 30 seconds at best before leaving.
That has improved a little over the past year, but overall we're still very far from the quality of other delivery services.
The best scenario is when they have an agreement with another network of depots; in that case, they make one, sometimes two attempts, and then leave it at depots (bookstores, gas stations, etc).
But here, no idea, so you will have to be patient.
It is indeed a transport company. If the recipient is not home, they send a text message to notify the recipient. Additionally, they automatically return the next day to the recipient's address. After two attempts, the package is dispatched to the nearest pickup point to your home. Once the package is available on site, you will receive a text message with the exact address. I have ordered several times from Amazon, and when the package arrives via them, I almost never have any issues. Problems happen everywhere in the transport world, but they do everything possible to find solutions. Have you tried the correct number +32 2 720 20 20 or email ***@*** ???
