Yanwen Package to France

Hello everyone,

I ordered on November 23rd from a jewelry website, and on November 29th, I received a confirmation that my package had left the warehouse. However, since December 1st at 5:51 AM, the status of my package has been stuck at the same stage and indicates: "Yanwen facility - Outbound."
I've never dealt with this provider before, so I have no idea how they operate...

Could you please clarify this for me?
