Impossible to change ZIMBRA FREE password

Hello,

my Zimbra account has been hacked but I can't change my password.

Whether it's on Firefox or Chrome, no clickable button, no field to fill out. "Password" appears on the page, but it can't be activated or interacted with in any way.
I tried to log in at https://subscribe.free.fr/login/ but it doesn’t work (doesn't recognize my email address + password).

I saw on some forums that it could be done through "codes" but I don't understand anything. Can you please help me?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 78.0.3904.87

        I cannot find a solution to your problem.

        On the website https://subscribe.free.fr/login/, you should not provide your email address, but the 8-digit identifier given by Free along with the associated password.
        When you are on the site, in the My email section, you provide a contact (or recovery) email address; it does not necessarily have to be a Free address.
        The password that you are asked for is the password that was sent to you by post (the one you use to identify yourself on the free.mobile site).

        This does not resolve the issue of the @free.fr email box password.
        I believe you have no other solution than to contact Free at 3244. Explain the problem to them, they might be able to send you the current password to the contact email box.
