Hello, I ordered a pair of shoes on Vova and I wanted to know if my package was seized by customs or not. Having ordered frequently, this is the first time I don’t understand my tracking or the Anjun platform.
Can you clarify?

Your package has been sent from China and is currently in transit in England. It will most likely be sent to you via the English postal service.

Just a question, do you know how to contact the Anjun platform because my package isn't moving and it's kind of annoying me.
