Hello,
I have a big problem with my Samsung J3 smartphone:
I can't type anymore, I no longer have access to the keyboard, I always get the message: "Samsung keyboard keeps stopping"!
I deleted the data, cleared the cache of the application (Samsung keyboard), but nothing works
I'm reluctant to format it right away... Is there anything to do before formatting? And will that even solve the problem?
If you have any ideas, please let me know.

In fact, there is only one thing to do if you don't want to format: download another keyboard =>
