Good evening,

I have a problem, my Firefox is closing by itself. I have tried several options but nothing works; I launch it, it opens a page, and then it closes.

    Hello,
    Download and open this software and click on Reset Firefox.

    If it still doesn’t work after the reset, do the following:
    Download FRST, once downloaded place it on the desktop and then open it, you will have this:

    Then check the shortcut box like this:

    Click on Scan, at the end of the scan you will have three text files on the desktop FRST, Addition, and Shortcut, send these reports to https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ see this tutorial paragraph Send analysis reports to pjjoint and then provide the three links generated by Pjoint in your next message.
