Managed browser by an organization

Hello everyone,

Recently, I think I caught some adware on the internet while downloading certain content.
I managed to delete everything from my PC, but this adware remains implanted in one place that I can't get rid of: in Google Chrome. Indeed, it shows me in the settings of the browser that it is "managed by your organization". It doesn't seem to me that this message was there before I caught this virus. The problem is that 1) I'm afraid that this virus can read all my data and that I won't be able to connect to any site for fear of having my IDs stolen.
2) I have ads on the google.fr page, which is VERY unpleasant.

So my question is: how can I make my browser no longer managed by an organization?
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome, to no avail.

Thank you in advance,
TTT

Hello, regular message, no worries, you have to try Malkebytes.

Hi, I just performed a scan ONLY in the Google folder on my PC, and Malwarebytes found 12 threats (adwares, malwares, and pups) so I quarantined them, but my Chrome is still managed by an organization, and when I relaunched it, Malwarebytes indicated that it had blocked a malicious site thanks to real-time protection. The problem is still present :( Any other ideas? ADWCleaner is not detecting anything...
