Stuck in BIOS after a reset

Hello,

Following a BIOS reset (I removed the battery....) anyway, when I start my PC, I get stuck in the BIOS no matter if I do: "save change & reset", "load optimized defaults" or "discard changes and exit". I can't get out of the BIOS and my graphics card is also not recognized... I had already changed the graphics card recently.

I searched for the CLR CMOS... I can't find it on my motherboard. I tried to look for the manual, but I can't find it (basically I bought a pre-built PC 2/3 years ago and I've changed the graphics card, the RAM, the case.... but I have a mini ATX originally).

Do you think I reset the BIOS incorrectly? (I did the manipulation twice.) Or is it something else?
I am sending you a few photos:

    Hello
when you remove the battery, the date and time in the BIOS are wrong
you need to reset the date and time and then save and exit

I will try. But where do I need to go in the BIOS to set the time? And how do I do it?
