My phone fell in urine.

Hello,

My phone fell into the toilet while I was peeing. Being an iPhone, I was immediately very scared. I took it into the bathroom with the hairdryer, but from what I saw, that's not good at all. When I tried to plug it in, the inside of the phone started to crackle. Can you help me please, even though its chance of resurrection is practically impossible?

Currently, it is submerged in rice.

There is only one rule in the whole world that should never be broken: restart your phone after putting it in water. Your phone has a 0.000000001% chance of survival; the motherboard is probably fried.
You know Google is your friend; you should have thought about searching before even touching it after taking it out of the water.
Now dry your phone well and put it in a waterproof bag with rice inside, which will absorb all the moisture – that is, the water in your phone. If you can dismantle it, take it apart as much as possible and dry each part separately.
Since your phone sparked, it is probably dead, but if you have a glimmer of hope, do what I told you and pray to 5 different gods.

LOL I confirm hair dryer hoping that the water/urine hasn't infiltrated too much... then place it in the middle of many grains of rice (uncooked) for several days.

There is definitely more success with a removable battery... To dry that and the circuit boards. So it's very likely dead (especially after trying to turn it on just after)...

If you are very, very, very motivated, you will need specific tools to open the iPhone. They sell them and offer demonstrations:

      Good luck!!!!!!!

=> The time that passes... It’s not in your favor obviously...

Almost no chance in any case ;-)
Given the time that has passed and your description, it's off the table.
The only thing left is your backups (the items on iCloud and the copies made on a mass storage device or other Clouds).

I can advise you on purchasing.

=> After all, it all depends on your usage, of course, my answers will be different.
=> Don't forget, staying with Apple allows you to maintain habits, easily retrieve backups (calendars & contacts), and not lose your purchases / game progress ;-)
