Almost all positive reviews...
No reports of problems online.
But I don't know personally

And I might add that judging by the reviews on the site, the people who had problems seem to have received responses.
Customer service seems reliable at first glance.

Unfortunately, I have to disagree with you.
Indeed, due to a clear error in referencing on the site, the company Megapile did not take my request into account and denied the obvious.
The sales service and customer support are non-existent and simply provide responses to put you at fault or make you believe the problem will be resolved.
This is not the case, and I am left with no choice but to order (but from another site ...) a new battery.
Therefore, I totally advise against this site.
