Unable to connect to the App Store with mobile data

Hello,

I'm really confused and frustrated about what's happening to me. I have an iPhone XS Max and since this morning, I can no longer access the App Store when I'm on 4G or 3G. It works on Wi-Fi. I've searched the internet (Google, YouTube), and none of the proposed solutions have resolved my issue. I would like to remind you that I have also already checked if mobile data was enabled for the App Store in the settings, and it is enabled. I set the date and time
, reset the network settings and then all the settings, but it’s still the same... I even updated to iOS 12.1.4 this morning (even though I didn't want to do it right away), but that didn't fix the issue... the only thing I haven't done yet is a complete restore that will erase all my data. I don't want to do that because I don't have Wi-Fi at home and my neighbor's connection is notoriously slow, so I would have a lot of trouble reinstalling my apps after the restore (since I’ve already backed up my iPhone on my computer).
I also want to mention that after disconnecting my Apple ID to reconnect it afterward, as some people suggested, I was no longer able to log back into my account while using mobile data.
I really don't know what's causing this problem so I'm asking for help here and seeing if anyone else has the same issue as me.
Thank you all for your responses

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.0

    Hello,

As you can access it via WiFi, your cellular connection speed may not be sufficient for you to connect to the App Store.

Yes, that could simply be the problem.
      A connection that's too choppy ;-)
