Hello,
Does anyone know how to integrate a vortex blur effect that means "you are entering your dream" with the little music that goes with it in Premiere Pro?

    Hello, I don’t know Première, but I’ll give you a step-by-step guide. You will need to apply a blur or cloudy effect on a scene, add a fade transition on the previous scene, and again a fade in on the next scene.
    You can also apply an effect on the scene using key images to give it gradually a sense of progression and amplitude.
