Hello, I have been registered with DIGIPOSTE since December 2018, and my main documents are now arriving there. Unfortunately, every time I try to log in, I have a problem; the password is never correct, whether it's on Firefox or Internet Explorer 11, my password doesn't work...
I would like to know if this is a security issue, a misconfiguration of my cookies, I don’t see how to proceed??
Thank you for any information

Hello,
I don't have any particular issues accessing Digiposte.
I advise you:
1) to give up IE 11 (Microsoft's recommendation). If you want a second browser, use Chrome (it doesn't take a minute to start and is always available unlike Firefox which always has an update to do)
2) to delete the Digiposte cookies in Firefox:
Options => Privacy and Security => Cookies and Site Data
choose "Manage Data..."-
Hello Pierr10, thank you for your reply, you actually have plenty of options:
- Instead of using explo 11, have you thought about Microsoft Edge? That's an option.
- Chrome? I believe it's a Google product, which of course I use Google, but for privacy reasons, I've preferred to browse on Fire...
- Regarding the new version of Firefox that I downloaded a few days ago, I currently don't see how to properly configure the cookies, especially since I've already done it and it didn't work...
I'll give OPERA a try... -

ok thanks for your response, I have the same problem with the Auchan site this morning, it's really starting to tire me out, I can easily access some sites but not others.... For now, my content blocking security is set to standard so there's not really much security and I've deleted the cookies from digiopste...
