Unable to access my CPF account
Tia -
Good evening,
I don't know if I'm in the right place to ask this question, but I'm unable to access my CPF account.
When I enter my social security number and my password, it says that the two do not match. I thought I must have the wrong password, so I tried to reset it, but when I enter my social security number and my birth surname again to reset, the site tells me that both are invalid.
I don't understand, as I do have a CPF account since I've already checked the amount I had in it (the last time was over a year ago).
Has this ever happened to you and how can I resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance!

Hello,
I'm a bit late, but I have the same problem, unable to reset my password.
To access my CPF account, I used digital identity and France Connect, as mentioned earlier.
As for the reset, I went through a step by entering my first names (even the second one) followed by my last name in the LAST NAME section, but I still get stuck at the next step, with the error message in red that security verification is mandatory. (I can definitely recognize a sheet, a cat, or a tree ????). Maybe it's a bug...
Good luck!
Hello
you are using this site well https://www.moncompteformation.gouv.fr/espace-prive/html/#/
because there are many fake sites/scams for the CPF
the site works better with Chrome
one solution: log in with France Connect
