Hello

I am asking for help as €44 was deducted from my account on 16/02/2019 and I did not order anything except that famous Samsung phone for €1 that I did not receive.
This seems to come from HELP.SDPLAYERS, which I cannot find of course. Can you help me? Best regards.

    Once again, the harmful consequences of 'compulsive clicking'..

    You think you see a miraculous deal.. You don't read anything, especially not the T&Cs.. You jump in and give your card info, disaster!!! An entirely useless 'subscription' to who knows what comes up.. But since the subscription is included in the T&Cs, the 'deductions' are not, legally speaking, a scam..

    Of course, you never see the iPhone for ONE euro.. First, you have to be naive to believe you can get an iPhone for peanut.. Then you NEVER give your card details online.. You use a Virtual Card (If available..).

    You need to talk to the Bank to block any new transactions.

      Hello, I contacted my bank which cannot do anything to block the direct debits.

      I also contacted C Discount, Boutique Privée, and Tech Vip who are not aware of Help.sdplayers.

      In short, you need to contact a special platform, which of course is paid, to unsubscribe us.

        Hello,

        Instead of relying on a special platform with uncertain results, ask the bank for an early renewal of your credit card. It's not free, but it will be less costly.

        The new card will have a new number and the old one will be deactivated. Therefore, it will no longer be possible to use it for direct debits.
        Don't forget to change the card number used by legitimate organizations.

    Check with your bank to prevent the card from being reused... and for a possible (?) refund, if the conditions of fraud are proven (although often the fact of having voluntarily shared your banking details cancels this possibility...)

      I also have a direct debit since May of €44. I don't know how to stop it other than blocking my card, but it's the holidays and I need it. What should I do?

    Yes, it's definitely a scam; for €1, they take €44, and on top of that, no package.

      Hello, I also got scammed for €22 and now €44. I spoke with my banker and had to change my credit card and fill out paperwork to be reimbursed. Now, I won't buy anything for €1 anymore. Kind regards.

    Hello, like you, I am a victim of this scam that isn't really a scam since I used my credit card to pay €1 and then was charged €44!! How can we unsubscribe because they will charge monthly, I informed my bank but I'm looking for the site to also unsubscribe, can you help me?

    Hello, I just found out that this scammer has been charging me €44 per month since November... I just blocked my card with my bank and I'm filing a complaint for fraud. After checking the dates, I conclude that the scam comes from a car rental company in Malta...
