Hello,
I have a PC with Windows 10 and I wanted to install my Deskjet 2549 printer.
Hotmail installs it but the print job goes and doesn't print and leaves the queue.
I don't know what to do anymore.

you need to go to "devices and printers" and set the new printer as "default"
