Hello, I signed up last night and I want to unsubscribe right away, but there is no email address or contact number. Everything is set up for signing up but nothing is provided for unsubscribing. It’s outrageous! Can someone please tell me how to do it?

Well, it's the same for me, they withdrew €112 without warning, just sending an email saying that I needed to update my payment information, so I didn't go there, plus the prices of the items are skyrocketing. If you don't pay, they won't talk to you and even less respond. Their way is to take as much money as possible from your pocket and pretend to know nothing about the problem.

Scam, I sent an email to say that I no longer need their service and two weeks later I receive the package and I send another email saying that I will not pick up the package at the relay point, which I did because they told me not to collect it and that I would not be charged, but I was charged €149.99 even though I did not collect the package. Now I can't reach them by phone, and they are no longer responding to emails.
