Runtime Error! Sur after effect

Bonsoir,
J'ai un problème très embêtant, j'ai cherché partout mais aucune des solutions ne marche avec moi. Quand je suis sur After effect (cc 2019), tout est normal jusqu'au moment où le message suivant s'affiche :
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\...
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
