the steps: put the rar file on the desktop (leave the file in rar), then launch GTA Mod Installer, select install a vehicle on GTA VICE CITY, then they will ask you where Vice City is installed (launch a search to find the location), then insert your vehicle by clicking "I want to select the zip or rar...." then there will be a list with the real vehicles of Vice City and select the car you want to replace (I replaced the cheetah with the Ferrari F360), then they will ask if you want to change the name, it's up to you if you want to change it, then they will ask for the language, select French, then click on the vehicle line next, and the car will be installed.
