Hello everyone,
Personally, with GMAIL, I use FIREFOX as my browser and when I want to view a video;
I click on download:
and I select Open with and I immediately watch the video with Windows Media.
I just installed GMAIL on my wife's PC who uses GOOGLE as her browser and there => we can only 'Download' the video documents. Then, the Windows Media player plays the downloaded files without any problem.
Please, is there a special setting to apply with GOOGLE to access the Windows Media player like in FIREFOX??? If so, could you please tell me how to do it?

That's partially false. I open mp4, mp3, and mkv files with Firefox. My email is Gmail but my browser is Firefox. Now, when you talk about Google, maybe you're using Chrome. I will try. You might be right regarding the Google-Google pair. But it's false if you're using Firefox-Gmail.
