Hello ...

I am desperately trying to transfer several thousand files via my FTP Filezilla but unfortunately there are always files stuck in the queue that are not transferring and won't transfer even when I click on "retry the queue" etc ...

Can someone help me please?

Thank you ...

The files are prestashop and Filezilla is up to date ...

Hello,

Of course, it would have been interesting to know what differentiates these files from the others...?

Your TFP might be used to update or modify your Prestashop; at a host, perhaps...?
There may be filtering based on criteria I'm unaware of... by the host (or the ISP).
It may also be that these files are active at the time you want to replace them, and the server rejects it.
It could also be that the permission attributes do not allow you (the chmod).

Is it indeed a transmission via the WEB...? and not on a Local network...?

  Do you back up your PrestaShop site on your PC..? Which version of Windows or Linux are you using..?

Hello, have you tried transferring your files one by one instead of all at once?

The failed files seem empty (size 0) except for the three images. Have you checked the access rights of those three images? Compare the rights of an image that successfully transferred with the ones that didn’t. Right-click on the image and select "File access permissions..."

  Hi, no I haven't looked at the access rights of the images, but it seems that even file by file it doesn't work because when they are in failed transfer, I click on transfer in the queue and then I click on process the queue and they go back into failed transfer even when I do these 34 files manually...

  What @Stéphane18 means is to transfer only one file and then try with another, also just one. Because "Processing the queue" means processing the 34 remaining files.

  YES !!! It is indeed about the access rights for the images, at least. When I right-click on access rights, I can check the boxes, and by checking all of them, it works... :)

It looks like it's working... I set port 22, which automatically added "sftp://" in front of the hostname... and then there were only 6 files that didn't go through, but by changing the permissions of those 6 files to 604, it worked, so it seems to be working... :-) ...

  OK, port 22 is SSH. There may be encrypted files in there (check with the host) or he may have changed a policy recently..?
