I am desperately trying to transfer several thousand files via my FTP Filezilla but unfortunately there are always files stuck in the queue that are not transferring and won't transfer even when I click on "retry the queue" etc ...
Can someone help me please?
Thank you ...
The files are prestashop and Filezilla is up to date ...

Hello,
Of course, it would have been interesting to know what differentiates these files from the others...?
Your TFP might be used to update or modify your Prestashop; at a host, perhaps...?
There may be filtering based on criteria I'm unaware of... by the host (or the ISP).
It may also be that these files are active at the time you want to replace them, and the server rejects it.
It could also be that the permission attributes do not allow you (the chmod).
Is it indeed a transmission via the WEB...? and not on a Local network...?-
Hello ... and thank you :-)
Actually, I haven't personally seen any specifications on this or that file but I'm not sure ...
My FTP is used for a lot of things and indeed I'm currently backing up my site for prestashop just in case ...
The host offered me to provide a compressed backup of the files but it doesn't work :-( ...
Maybe it's activated yes, but in any case it's about making a copy of my site which is currently online ...
Chmod ?!? What's that ?!?
Yes, it's indeed via the web on my domain name ... -
Here is an explanation about chmod https://www.leshirondellesdunet.com/chmod-et-chown
Do you back up your PrestaShop site on your PC..? Which version of Windows or Linux are you using..?
You must have some error messages, right..? A copy of the exact text would be valuable information.
