My PC won't boot up (NO DRIVER FOUND)

Hello everyone!

I'm having a problem with my PC; when I turn it on, it shows "No drives found" and then gets stuck with a blinking white line, and I can't do anything.

The day before, I shut down my PC, and an update was supposed to take place, and the next morning when I turned on my PC, this is the situation.

Do you know how to fix this problem?

I should mention that I'm using Windows 10.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Do you mean No Drive Found?

Look in the boot priority section of your BIOS.

If you can't find anything in the boot section, your hard drive might be dead.

Otherwise, if it's the system causing issues, create a USB flash drive of 8GB or more with Windows 10 using this tool:

https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10

Then boot from it using your PC's Boot Menu (the key to press depends on the brand)

Then click on Repair

You will then have several options including Startup Repair and System Restore.

Before anything else, thank you for your help!

What exactly should I look for in the boot section of my BIOS?

the boot order #1 #2 #3 etc...

Set DVD first (If you want to boot from a DVD) USB second (If you want to boot from a USB stick) and HDD third (Your hard drive).

If there is neither a bootable DVD nor a USB stick in the PC, it will boot directly from the hard drive.
