Soundbar for Thomson TV

Hello, I have a LONPOO soundbar connected to my Thomson 55ut6006 LED 4K TV with an HDMI (ARC) cable, but no sound is coming out from either the TV or the soundbar. I have activated the T-Link system on the TV, but I don’t have an optical output. Thank you for your help.

    Good evening,
    Are you sure:
    That your TV is properly set to HDMI ARC?
    Your soundbar has a digital coaxial input and your TV has a coaxial output of the same type, and a coaxial cable is provided with your soundbar.
    So try this solution, many have gone crazy with that damned ARC

      I don't know if I have a coaxial digital input and an output, but I was provided with a cable (3.5mm audio cable) that apparently would connect to an MP3 player. However, for the TV, I'm not sure if there's any other setting besides activating T-Link.

      No digital output on the Thomson TV. Significant sound delay with the TCL soundbar, just like the Thomson, even with HDMI ARC and trying the sound delay adjustment. The sound through the jack is not great. I can't find an SPDIF output cable from the television and fiber for the soundbar.

        Hello,

        It would be wiser to create a new conversation rather than attaching yourself to this one that's over 4 years old.

        Please specify the model of the Thomson television and the TCL soundbar (specification sheet on the back).
