Hello,
I live in a house, my PC was previously connected via powerline adapters via Ethernet from my router, but following some ping issues due to the instability of the electrical network, I did everything possible to connect my PC directly to my router with an Ethernet cable. However, a new problem has arisen:
my ping has become stable again (excellent, actually), but suddenly I had a spike in ping to >300, and the spikes started occurring every 2 seconds, making it unplayable again.

Hi,
Well, it's not a disaster either.
Redo these tests on the IP address of your box; it will be more meaningful to your local network, since it seems to be the one you're blaming.
To go further, try WinMTR.
