Hello,
I am on MacOS Mojave V10.14.1.
My problem is as follows: I cannot copy files from an external hard drive (USB flash drive, etc.) to my Mac, nor can I install a new application (OnyX, MacScan, ...), or empty the trash without seeing an alert message saying "Unable to complete the operation because an unexpected error occurred (error code -8003)."
I have a lot of files on my internal hard drive that I absolutely must not lose...
Can you guide me to find a solution to my problem??
Thank you in advance!
Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

Hello,
For your issue of emptying the trash, check this: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-26649819-code-erreur-8003
For your file copying issues, do this:
- turn off your Mac (Apple menu "Shut Down…")
- turn on the Mac while holding down the Shift key (the one on the left) until the loading progress bar appears
- log in to your user account
- turn off your Mac again (Apple menu "Shut Down…")
- turn on your Mac normally: it should be fine again.
