Hello,
I just received the Thomson TT600BT turntable; I installed it according to the instructions but there is a problem: the platter doesn't rotate..
Can someone tell me how to place the belt that drives the platter?
I have the impression that I don't have this belt in the packaging.. or is it more serious!!!!

    Hello,

    the belt seems to be already in place, it needs to be hooked onto the motor pulley through a window on the plate, see this tutorial around 1 minute:

      It's true the manual is lacking and doesn't provide any indication about the belt...

      Still check if the motor is running, move the tonearm towards the center and lightly touch the pulley.

      Good idea to contact customer service, keep us updated.

    I finally succeeded! The belt is indeed there, but hidden around the aluminum plate, and it's not mentioned anywhere...
    You have to pull it through the elongated opening and put it around the golden shaft... It's really simple, but when it's not mentioned anywhere!
    I hope this can help others...
