Bigben TD 84 Encoding

We are unable to get the Bigben TD 84 turntable to work for encoding. Following the manual does not yield results; I have to press multiple times for the USB function to blink, and then I press record and wait for the recording light to stop blinking, but it never turns off, and there is nothing on the USB stick. Thank you for your help; I don't know if it's a malfunction and if I should return it.

    Good evening,

    I have a USB turntable that allows me to record my vinyl records into MP3 format on my computer.

    I couldn't find the manual for your Bigben TD 84 turntable on the Web. The issue might be that the turntable doesn't recognize the USB stick as a storage device. Try using another USB stick, but especially make sure to completely empty the stick before connecting it to the turntable.

    Another solution is to connect the turntable directly to a PC equipped with Audacity software, which is free and easy to use.
