Connection turntable with preamp

Hello,
I just bought a new second-hand amplifier (Yamaha RX V461) to connect to my vinyl player. However, I had to buy a pre-amplifier (Real Cable Nano LP1) because the amplifier is too new and doesn’t have a phono input. I connected everything as described in the manuals. When I try the radio on the amplifier, it works, for example. However, I can't get any sound from the turntable. I need your help; maybe I missed a step.
Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Android / SamsungBrowser 11.2

    Hello,

Do not provide the product manual, it's not possible to know which connection you made.

Which input of the Yamaha did you connect the preamp to?
Is the preamp connected to the power supply?

I connected the preamp to the CD input using a dual RCA cable. The preamp is connected to the mains but I also tried it with a battery.

    Hello,
What references does the turntable have?
There shouldn't be any connection issues..
Output from the turntable to the "input" of the preamp via RCA/RCA cable, then "output" from the preamp to one of the audio inputs (DVD - DTV/CBL - DVR IN - CD) with another RCA/RCA cable.
Don't forget to turn on the preamp and select the input used on the amplifier as the source.
For your reference, the amplifier manual

I just succeeded. The sound finally comes out when I connect the video to the front via AUX. However, now I need to make the adjustments because the sound is not yet great and I can only pick up 2 out of the 4 speakers.
