Everything I’ve tried doesn’t work and leads to a timeout (site not reachable)

This after reloading/renewing all the browsers used IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera ... I’ve spent 6 hours on this problem. Reason enough to change banks and ask GOOGLE to remove Caisse d'Epargne from their servers!!!!!!

Hello,

Have you tried again since then? Because the same problem occurred from last night until this morning, but everything is back to normal now.
Server or connection issue. The system was able to respond in less than 24 hours. So saying that it's all the more reason to change and remove the CE from Google is quite an exaggeration.

What version of Windows do you have? (Windows 10, 7,...)

What is your antivirus?

Is the problem only on your bank's site or also on other sites?

 after reloading/restarting all the browsers

You simply reset the browsers if I understand correctly.

It seems to be okay now. There isn't much communication from the Caisse d'Epargne (C.E.) and that's unfortunate. Trust needs to be nurtured and can be quickly lost.
As for the online advice, the first question to ask should be: is the inaccessible site a unique case? In this instance, there was no need to change anything on one's end, at worst deleting the specific C.E. cookies, which would not have made any difference.

I'm sorry to intervene but I tried to look into this for a friend here who has this issue.
In my opinion, it doesn't come from your browsers but rather from the banking service.

So no, they are not responsive because he has had this problem for more than a week.
The server remains accessible on Android but not on Windows. So phone and tablet work fine.
I was able to access the personal space from home but received a message after 3 seconds stating that there was a DNS problem.

I also jokingly suggested changing banks.

In case it is their responsibility and bank charges related to your connection are imposed on you, ask for a refund at the very least.
