Hello,
could you kindly tell me which connections on the back panel of my Cambridge 651A
I should use to connect the 901 equalizer?
I would also like to listen to my tuner and CD player...
Which buttons should I press on the front afterwards?
Thank you very much for your help.

Hello fmq,
I followed your advice to connect the Bose 901 equalizer to my new Cambridge 651A amp.
- Equalizer: input 1 (amplifier connections) OUT to Input S1 of the amp, and IN to OUT of the CD.
input 2 (tape recorder connections) OUT to Input S2 of the amp and IN to OUT of the Tuner.
AND IT WORKS!!!
Detail: on the front panel of the equalizer, the monitor button in Source position and on the amp front, button S1 pressed for CD listening (for info, button S2 pressed = listening without equalizer?)
on the front panel of the equalizer, the monitor button in Tape position and on the amp front, button S1 pressed also for Tuner listening (with equalizer only)
I hope I interpreted the instructions correctly without damage.
Conclusion: A BIG THANK YOU to Master fmq!
And especially since Bose France had replied by email that the Cambridge 651 amp was incompatible with the Bose 901...
Best regards

re
I'm just kidding... or not!
It will only work if you have a recording selector button on the amp!
Since there isn't one
you have to connect the tuner to input 1
output 1 to the amp
the CD to input 2
output 2 to the amp
total 8 cables
select the corresponding button for the source on the front of the amp
