Hello,

Could you please explain to me how to delete one or more photos, or even all the photos, from my device? I admit I am a bit clueless in this area.
Thank you all,

    Hi jacq611,

Do you want to delete from the device or from a PC?

Hello SurfAdCom and thank you for responding so quickly.

Either option would work for me. The easier one for me because I don't understand any of the abbreviations. I am on Mac OS High Sierra version 10.13.6.

From the device, switch to playback mode: (right arrow) and scroll through your photos using the arrow keys. When you want to delete an image, press the trash can logo. You have an option to "delete one by one" or "delete all."

From the PC, with the device connected via USB or the memory card inserted into the PC's card reader, select your photos and delete them (I don't know the exact procedure on Mac, just do what you're used to for deleting...)

Indeed, I see a trash can on the device. I'll start tomorrow and keep you updated.
Thank you, have a good evening.

When you're in slideshow mode, it doesn't work indeed.

Look here at the manual for your device on page 39: https://tda.panasonic-europe-service.com/docs/2z5bedd9a6z3z3b723z6672z706466z23z3d3d47805b2dfbf7cb481c9ce8c75881ece284a0/tsn3/data/ALL/DMCFT30EG/OI/965507/sqw0299.pdf

    Good evening,
Otherwise, to empty the camera, a simple reset through the menu will do the trick, and the device will be empty.
For the SD card, just format it by right-clicking in Windows.
