Hello,

I have an iPhone SE, I'm stuck on "SIM card locked" and it's asking me to enter my code, which I do, and when I get to the last digit, 6, the voice says MNO which corresponds to the letters under the number and nothing happens. Is it an issue with my phone or my SIM card? Thank you for your response.

    Hello,

Press the home button three times to disable VoiceOver, or launch Siri and say "Disable VoiceOver".

Good evening, I have another issue with my iPhone: SIM card locked. I've tried to do what you told me, but it doesn’t work, so I can't enter my code.

If the SIM card lock prevents you from entering the code, turn off your iPhone and remove the SIM card.

Turn your iPhone back on and connect it to iTunes to disable VoiceOver. Follow these steps to disable this option with iTunes. To unlock the iPhone, select a key and double tap quickly until you enter your code.

Once VoiceOver is disabled, you can reinsert your SIM card.

Hello, thank you. I went to an Apple store yesterday that explained it to me. Instead of double-clicking the bottom button to delete my screens viewed during the day, I had to click it three times, which turned on VoiceOver and locked my phone. He clicked that button three times to unlock the voice, then I had to wait 15 minutes, re-enter my code, and it was fine. He disabled VoiceOver so it wouldn't happen again. Have a nice day.

Try then to disable it with iTunes.

Open iTunes and connect your iPhone to your computer. In the top menu, on the left, click on the icon representing your device.

In Summary, under "Options", click on Configure Accessibility, uncheck "VoiceOver" and click OK.

To enter your code, select a key and press it quickly twice in a row. Do not take into account the letters read by VoiceOver.
