Hello, my iPad turned off and after restarting it, it asks me for a PUK code that I don't have. It has always worked on Wi-Fi.

Hello,
This means that your SIM card is blocked. To unblock it, you need to enter the PUK code, which is a code of 4 to 8 digits.
To retrieve this code, contact your carrier.
