My iPad is asking for a PUK code and it doesn't work when connected to Wi-Fi.

Hello, my iPad turned off and after restarting it, it asks me for a PUK code that I don't have. It has always worked on Wi-Fi.

    This means that your SIM card is blocked. To unblock it, you need to enter the PUK code, which is a code of 4 to 8 digits.

    To retrieve this code, contact your carrier.
