Hello everyone,
As mentioned in the title above, I would like to connect a tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 WIFI) to the WIFI network FreeWifi_secure without inserting a Free SIM card into the device (since I can't). However, I already have a SIM card with a subscription and everything.

Hello,
To everyone, freewifi_secure is an automatic wifi connection for a mobile with a sim card (and a free mobile subscription). The mobile must have the EAP_SIM functionality.
It's different from the free hotspot wifi connection that you can get when you have a free box subscription.
When the mobile is not compatible with eap_sim, there is an Android app to test, but you must have a free sim card in the mobile, or the tablet in the case of the present question. http://www.6ma.fr/tuto/comment-se-connecter-a-freewifi-secure-sans-eap-sim-sous-android/
