Hello,

Everything is in the title; I would like to customize a keychain to then give it as a gift to a friend. Here’s the website in question: https://www.petitegravure.com/15-porte-cles-personnalises have you ever ordered from there? The prices are quite interesting since there’s an engraving shop not far from my place and it’s much more expensive.

I've never ordered from this site, but it seems completely reliable. It's secure (https), and you have information at the bottom of the page (legal mentions). You can buy your personalized keychain with complete peace of mind, no worries!

Hi,

It seems like a good French site and legit, although that doesn't rule anything out. It doesn't prove anything regarding the quality of the work either. There's always a reason why a product is more or less expensive here or elsewhere.

Don't take too long, the T&Cs state an average of 5-10 days, just for delivery. 

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. The average delivery time is between 5 and 10 days.

To reassure you about the delivery time, the easiest thing is to call the website; there's a number posted. After engraving a keychain, it should be pretty quick, I suppose!
