Hello,
Since I changed the toner in my HP LaserJet Professional P1102W, a window opens on my PC when I validate a print. The window says: "user intervention required."
To get the printout, I use a trick: "command prompt," type Net Stop Spooler, then Net Start Spooler, and the requested document prints.
Isn't there an easier way to get the print?

Good evening,
Trying to solve the problem using the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility might help!
This tool can be downloaded by clicking HERE.
Once downloaded, simply double-click on the HPPSdr.exe file to run it and follow the instructions.
Best regards.

Good evening glg and thank you for your reply. The problem may stem from the toner not being HP brand. Indeed, following your link, it states "If you are not using an authentic HP ink cartridge, it is possible that the steps in this document may not resolve your issue". As for the different steps, they involve cleaning, paper jam, resetting (already done), or sending the printer to a repair shop...

I don't know if the "toner" is to blame because you are able to print with your special orders.
By deduction, this proves somewhere that the "toner" is being recognized by the printer!
When you specify "reset (already done)," I understand that you have reinstalled the printer, is that correct?
Best regards.

I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it with the appropriate drivers and... it's working! Thanks, glg, for encouraging me to look for solutions again; I had given up a few months ago!
